Great Deal This phone works flawlessly, and looks and works as if it was brand new (and not refurbished). This was a much cheaper route of getting a replacement phone after accidentally breaking my original S5, all I had to do was take my sim card out of the original and plug it into the replacement.
Return Process is Terrible! The phone is nice, but started having a flickering screen so I contacted the seller (Breed) and requested a replacement under the 90 day warranty. I sent it to them with the promise that it would take 3-5 business days to process and then I would be sent a replacement. It has now been three weeks and I have not received the phone. I did not receive an explanation, merely and email saying “it is still being processed”. Meanwhile, I am paying for my old (Not fully functional phone) to…
Great Smartphone I purchased this phone as a factory refurbished phone and got a great deal. Much better than paying full price through one of the mobile providers outlets. I really like Samsung products and Android phones. I would strongly recommend this product over other smartphones.
