If all that wasn’t bad enough, the phone began opening apps on its … The phone froze constantly with none of the apps or other functions responding. I restarted the phone and it worked for a while but in a few days it would freeze again. This freeze and restart process started happening more and more frequently, sometimes three times a day. Also, the battery dies immediately when it’s cold which is real issue if I was in an emergency. DAMAGED IPHONE! HEY!!! Screen always freezes any time for about 3 minutes and gets grey lines that bounce down from the top of the screen every time. I don’t know why you sell people damaged iPhones… I want an answer about this. Maybe I’ll send it back. It’s annoying!
