Cellphone parking lot in the classroom! I was looking for a calculator organizer i could use in my classroom as a cellphone parking lot/charging station. This works perfectly. The kids put their phones in the pockets and plug them in during class. It has freed up my lab space and my kids aren’t constantly checking their phones. It is the perfect length so it isn’t dragging on the floor from the lab bench. I purchased it with a power strip 🙂 the kids are actually psyched to use it. I have a whole classroom full of calculators in it…
Misprinted; seller made things right! 🙂 I had seen a review indicating that the product was misprinted and assumed it was a fluke and bought it anyway. Mine was misprinted as well, unfortunately. The first two rows both had the numbers 7-12. Totally bizarre. Happy that Amazon Returns are so easy.Edit 6/20/2016: The seller sent me another holder free of charge. The second calculator holder has no misprints. Pictures are of the second (correct) holder.
Perfect for the math classroom Great product for the money. I use it in the classroom for both calculators and my student phones (I am experimenting with collecting at the start of class for extra credit). Being able to see the pocket holder from anywhere in the classroom what is there and if anything is missing is a big help. After seeing mine other teachers have ordered one and the department head is looking at using them department wide. I have since added more calculators than shown in the photos and the pocket holder…
